Q 1. How long will it take to design my logo?

We will get you your logo design concepts within two days of you filling out your brief (a questionnaire we send you after you order). How long the final design process takes depends on how many revisions you decide to make on your logo.

Q 2. How does the design process work?

Once you order a design package, one of our personal account managers will contact you and you will be sent a brief to fill out. Once we have your information, you will receive your logo design concepts. When you decide on a concept you like, we will revise the logo so that its exactly how you want it.

Q 3. Tell me about your money back guarantee?

We offer a money back guarantee to give our customers confidence that they will be happy with their logos. If you are not satisfied with the final result of your logo, we will refund you the money you spent on your package minus 99 dollars (we need to keep some money in order to prevent people from taking advantage of our policy). The money back guarantee is not available for the 49 Dollar Starter.

Q 4. What is the difference between a revision and a redraw?

A revision is a change to the logo design concept you approve of. An example would be changing colors or changing a feature on the logo. A redraw is the creation of an entirely new logo concept.

Q 5. I already have an idea for my logo; can you incorporate that into the design?

Absolutely. If you already know what you want your logo to look like, we recommend our $49 Dollar Starter Package.

Q 6. Do I own all of the rights to my logo?

Yes, the logo is yours and you own 100% of the rights to the logo we design for you. We only reserve the right to display your logo in our design portfolio.

Q 7. Why do you have different logo design packages?

The reason we offer a variety of logo design packages is so that there is something for everyone. Our first package starts at just $49 and is ideal for companies on a tight budget as well as for customers that already know exactly what they want. Other clients might not be sure what they want and would like to see a few more options, which is why we have other packages that include many more logo design concepts.
